FullPage is a Chrome extension (Manifest V3) that captures an entire webpage — top to bottom — and stitches it into one seamless screenshot. Annotate, crop, copy, print, and export as PNG/JPEG/PDF.
This Privacy Policy explains how FullPage collects, processes, stores, and shares information.
100% Local. Zero Backend.
FullPage has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Every screenshot is captured, stitched, and stored entirely within your browser. Nothing ever leaves your device.
1 Data Collected and Processed
FullPage does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, physical address, financial information, or browsing history.
When you use the extension to capture a screenshot, FullPage processes the screenshot image in order to provide its core functionality.
The extension may also process the content of the current browser tab when necessary to capture a screenshot requested by you.
2 How Data Is Used
Screenshot data is used solely to perform the action requested by the user: capturing, stitching, and exporting a full-page screenshot.
FullPage does not use screenshot content for advertising, profiling, analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes.
3 Local Processing Only
All processing happens locally on your device. There is no remote server involved in capturing, stitching, or editing screenshots.
FullPage uses the following local mechanisms:
- IndexedDB — screenshots are stored locally in the extension's IndexedDB database.
- Offscreen Document — image stitching is performed in a hidden offscreen document within your browser.
- activeTab Permission — granted only when you click the extension icon, allowing capture of the current tab.
No screenshot data is transmitted to any external server or service.
4 Data Storage
The developer of FullPage does not operate a server or database for storing screenshots.
FullPage does not retain copies of screenshots on developer-controlled servers.
Screenshots are stored locally within your browser using the extension's IndexedDB storage. Only the most recent non-print capture is retained.
When you export a screenshot (download, copy, or print), the file is saved to your device according to your browser's download settings.
5 Data Sharing
FullPage does not sell user data.
FullPage does not share screenshot data with any third parties, advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or other unrelated entities.
There is no data transmission of any kind from the extension to external servers.
6 Permissions
FullPage requests the minimum permissions necessary to function:
- activeTab — grants temporary access to the current tab only when you click the extension icon to capture.
- scripting — used to inject the content script on demand for page measurement and scrolling.
- downloads — used to save exported screenshots to your device.
- storage — used to store extension settings locally.
- offscreen — used to run a hidden offscreen document for image stitching.
No host permissions are requested. FullPage cannot read or modify content on any website without your explicit action.
7 Browsing Activity
FullPage does not collect or maintain a history of websites visited by users.
The extension may access the content displayed in the current browser tab only when you click the extension icon to capture a screenshot.
This access is used solely to provide screenshot functionality and is revoked when the capture is complete.
8 Third-Party Services
FullPage does not integrate with any third-party services.
There are no external APIs, no webhooks, no analytics services, and no tracking pixels.
All functionality is self-contained and runs entirely within your browser.
9 Data Security
FullPage is designed to limit data processing to what is necessary to provide its screenshot functionality.
The developer does not maintain a database containing users' screenshots or personal information.
Because all data stays on your device, the security of your screenshots is governed by your browser's and operating system's security measures.
10 Children's Privacy
FullPage does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11 Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if FullPage's functionality or data-handling practices change.
Updates will be published on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date.
